Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Founders Own mobile application ("the app"), published by Renmus Software LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own use, subject to these Terms and your app store's terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

2. Your account and connections

You are responsible for the API keys and credentials you connect. You represent that you have the right to connect any RevenueCat project you link, and that you use a read-only key. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the app for anything unlawful, don't attempt to disrupt or attack the service, and don't misuse connected credentials. We may suspend access for violations.

5. No guarantee of results

Founders Own is a motivation, tracking, and productivity tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we make no guarantee that using it will grow your revenue or your business. Decisions you make are your own.

6. "As is" and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renmus Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
